About Alexander

Strategy – Mindset – Operation

Alexander loves to take responsibility for solutions to complex tasks, challenges and problems. His greatest driving force is to grasp non-transparent situations, break them down into their manageable components and develop options for action for the “way to the better”. He sees himself as a perspective shaper and change promoter at the interface between top management, strategic orientation and pragmatic, operational implementation. He enjoys creating meaning “hands-on” at the pulse of the employees in the value creation and support processes in order to promote and develop the ability of organizations to renew themselves at all levels and to sustainably secure measures to increase efficiency.

In his personal development, Alexander has developed a high affinity for the topics of legal requirements and standards in the 30 years of his entrepreneurial activity; early crisis detection & crisis defense, risk management from the perspective of GRC – Governance, Risk & Compliance in the awareness that every key figure is the result of a measurement of a process-related performance, at the beginning of which is the human being.

From a generalist perspective, he looks at the variety of existing and proven methods that need to be orchestrated like instruments by management. From his perspective, the art is simply to develop the acting protagonists with trusting and appreciative communication in order to pursue a common goal. His perception is that it must be possible to focus on figures, data and facts and provide them with goal- and purpose-oriented measures and accountability, as well as transparently reflecting on the “score”. Who then scores the goal is of secondary importance; what is important is that all interested parties participate in the competitiveness and thus the future viability of the organization. Then, and only then, can the core issue, socio-ecological success, be sustainably shaped.

We are all curious and social beings, always in search of meaning. If it were otherwise, we would not have invented the wheel. Regardless of the altitude at which we operate in our companies, we all want the same thing, just to varying degrees. The task is to create the frame of reference in which courage and a sense of purpose for the future can flourish and the motives and expectations of those involved are fulfilled; this is the source of intrinsic motivation that we need to initiate change. My task is to create appreciative and trusting communication as the basis for social interaction. Everything that follows is proven method and common sense.
