He created and designed the SGA development programs on “Strategic and Operational Leadership” and the training program “Making Organizations Truly Fit for the Future”. He co-authored the Book Rethinking Strategic Management with the chapter Sustainability and Technology Acceleration – How to Surf the Killer Waves: A Systems Thinking Approach to Become Fit for the Future.

Rüdiger is a dedicated systems thinker who combines intellectual insight and a structured procedure with pragmatic action, based on his extensive management experience for getting things done. His regular keynote speeches repetitively receive outstanding positive feedback.

He holds a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of the German Federal Armed Forces in Munich.

I believe business has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become THE force for good. However, embracing this opportunity is less a decision or even a choice, but rather an indispensable requirement to achieve FutureFitness. For most organizations, this change is substantial and creates the need for a completely different skillset when involving external support: systemic, holistic, adaptive, integrated, proficient – provided and applied by fully committed people.

This is what I see in the people of Sustainable Growth Associates and our services.

I can’t think of a more rewarding work than supporting our clients in their journey towards FutureFitness. Our striving for sustainability, our approach and our attitude to working with our clients as if we were part of their company adds true, measurable and lasting impact on individual, organizational, and systems level.

I am grateful to be part of this team and confident that my children will one day be proud of what we’ve done and accomplished.
