About Jan-Peter
Jan-Peter (JP) is subject matter expert on organizational transformation and change management. For 25 years he has been advising all types and sizes of companies on how to transform their organization after strategic or organizational decisions. Together with his clients he defines the way to change the culture and how to accompany the transformation with change management and communications activities, formats and content to ensure a sustainable success. He worked for 18 years with Oliver Wyman, where he developed his transformational management thinking by applying the congruence model (Nadler/Tushman). Since 2009, he is a visiting lecturer at the University of Passau for Change Management. He founded his own consulting boutique for Change Management.
Having internalized the SGA thinking, JP provides deep transformational know-how and experience for organizations that have decided to develop towards FutureFitness, i.e. managing the change process successfully in the dimensions of processes, structure, people and culture.
JP holds a master’s degree in Business Administration of the University of Passau.
Transforming an organization – especially after the strategic decision to become sustainable – is a challenging effort. Since I understand the mechanisms of change and related behavior of people in these situations, I want to dedicate my experience and skills to help organizations in their transformation towards FutureFitness.
