Heiko is passionate about transforming the culture of an organization in order to empower the team to develop their own strategy and achieve sustainable success. He looks back at 20 years of international experience, first in strategy consulting and then in different leadership roles in the consumer durables industry.
Heiko’s functional expertise is in organizational and HR development, which he demonstrated by leading the successful transformation of a family-run organization to a professionally managed organization. He also has broad hands-on experience in strategy development and implementation, as well as in operational improvement processes.
Heiko holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering & Business from Technische Universität Darmstadt, Germany, and an MBA from INSEAD, France & Singapore.
