About Anna
Anna is a manufacturing enthusiast and problem-solver with a passion for making businesses run more smoothly. She brings a unique blend of hands-on engineering experience and structured consulting expertise, helping companies optimize their processes and scale efficiently.
Anna started her career as an engineer at Northvolt, where she was responsible for material flow planning and process engineering, contributing to the launch of Sweden’s first gigafactory for EV batteries. She later joined McKinsey as an Operations Specialist, working with clients to transform their manufacturing and supply chain processes. Now, as part of SGA, she helps businesses identify bottlenecks, streamline production, and create operations that drive long-term success.
She has advised companies in the battery, automotive, and pharmaceutical industries, specializing in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and factory planning.
Beyond operations, Anna has been a passionate content creator for four years and believes in the power of digital platforms to strengthen businesses. She enjoys helping companies leverage the internet to expand their reach, enable new business models, build communities, and create more value for their customers.
Anna holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin and a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden.
